you can't bring nothing from outside (food or drink) you can just buy from the expensive bar of the hotel, just in this hotel thay have this absurde rule. Because in holiday when you are relaxed you can't drink your favourire drink. then early in the morning for 4 consecutive days a orrible noise had forced to wake me up for work on the structure. than outside of the hotel (but still in the proprety) taxis doesn't respect the egiptian law that say the tariff is 5 egiptian pound when the run start an 2 pound every km.. thay ask 22 pounds for naama bay. the director know it ?Payed a lot for the most orrible holiday of my life. food orrible and poor.

The evening live music by the pool set a relaxing mood, and the attentive staff made sure we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.

i was there for 6 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant with the staff of the restaurant. there were facilities such as a mini bar, central heating and an electronic key card. the location was good and absolutely perfect, in the all inclusive bars!

Wonderful hip new hotel, absolutely fabulous views of the sea. Panoramic and new-fashioned room with central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV. Luxurious bathroom, exceptional staff with the service and how attentive everyone there is. Favourable and stunning location, a few steps away from everywhere.

Truly exceptional place, it was fairly clean and had service-minded staff with the service and how attentive everyone there is. The location was nice and unbeatable and close to a garden and the bay.

Breakfast could have been better (considering this is a 5* hotel).

Consider trying the beach bar for freshly prepared seafood and a casual beachfront vibe. It's a hidden gem that enhances the dining experience.

I love the view of the see from the room.

They need to provide transportation from the hotel to the near by main street (for free). They have Go carts but they only take you to the front gate which is at least one KM to the main street. Although they can call a yaxi for you, but the fares for taxis are a lot cheeper if you take it from the main street

far away need to whait for free bus trip to the center or take taxi, good design but not serviced well.

The staff in general is service-minded.

Staff is friendly and try hard, but need lots of training. Crowded place. Queuing for the restaurant might be a management issue.

The wine selection is very limited to domestic brands. Would like to see a better bar. Service by the pool ceases at 9, which is really disappointing, extending the hours especially down by the sea should be good for all. I did not see a tennis and a squash court, but I could be wrong.

The hotel has great location and a private beach but it has to have more activities in the hotel like water games (pedalo, jet ski, etc). As for the food it was not bad but it should have a better variety. I give it a 8/10
